[commit] Fix another core-dump when NULL float-format

Hello,

This adds the wrapper function pformat for printing the floatformat's in 
the architecture vector (sizeof.exp's `maint print architecture` was 
otherwize a little fatal :-).  (The updated methods are also placed 
adjacent to their _bit siblings to reflect the intended groupings.)
