There is a new mailing list, gdb-discuss@gnu.org, which you may
be interested in joining.  There's a discussion going on concerning
gdb and its maintainership policies.

One can subscribe at http://mail.gnu.org/mailman/listinfo/gdb-discuss.
There is an archive, which at the moment unfortunately only goes back
to April 1, at http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/gdb-discuss/.
Hopefully the earlier parts of the archive can be brought online too.
