patches by David Lecomber

A certain 'dsl@sourceware.org' (who seems to be named David Lecomber)
committed a couple of Fortran-related patches to GDB earlier today.
These patches didn't have appropriate ChangeLog entries; I looked back
at the gdb-patches archives, and the last messages on the relevant
threads asked that the patches in question be modified and reposted.
So they shouldn't have been committed; could you please revert the
patches and repost them with the requested changes to gdb-patches?
