[This is a repost because I had some trouble with the spam filter.]

And here is a copyright patch for gdb.mi/pthreads.c.

The years are as follows: 1996 and 2002 are copied from the
original file gdb.threads/pthreads.c.  2003 comes from
independent changes to gdb.mi/pthreads.c.

Testing: I regression tested an earlier version of this patch
to make sure that adding a big comment did not blow up any
line numbers in any *.exp files.

Okay to commit?
