[PATCH] Hook in DWARF CFI frame unwinder on i386 and amd64

[Mark Kettenis]

This activates the DWARF CFI frame unwinder for i386 and amd64.  

Everything on the i386newframe branch has been moved over to mainline,
so the branch is dead now.
