[RFA] H8/300sx port for gas, sim, and opcodes (4/5)

Hi,

I didn't find any problems with the testing, so
it seems OK from my side. I am looking at the
code and will give any comments, if there are.

The test-suite did not report any problem for
the mac.s testcase for mh targets too. MAC
instructions are only available for H8S/2600
and probably higher versions. Is that OK?

Anyone have any feedback on the sim patch?  Once I start checking in
the other parts, the old sim will no longer build, so I'm holding them
back for approval on this patch.
