sorry, got kinda swamped these past days. Here is what I just checked
in the NEWS file. As usual, comments, reworking, reformatting
suggestions are welcome.

        * NEWS: Mention that the hppa-hpux port has been partially
        multiarched (32bit ABIT only, so far).
