[commit] Drop REGISTER_SIZE, REGISTER_BYTES, PC_REGNUM from d10v

Hello,

This eliminates a few more no-longer needed architecture vector methods 
from the d10v.  The gdbarch.sh tweak is to stop it insisting that 
REGISTER_SIZE and REGISTER_BYTES are still necessary.
