[RFA/ping] new GDB/MI command: -symbol-info-linetable

First, I am pleased to announce that I now have an FSF assignment
on file.

Could a maintainer review  the following change that I submitted
sometime ago, please? I also noted that somebody else (Bob Rossi)
found this new (MI) function useful.
