Hello,

This patch drops in Altivec and e500 support for the PPC simulator.

It was developped under contract from Motorola by matthew green
<mrg@redhat.com>, with fixes from Aldy Hernandez <aldyh@redhat.com>, Jim
Wilson <wilson@redhat.com>, and Nick Clifton <nickc@redhat.com>.

Since at present the PPC simulator isn't multi-sim (needs to switch to
sim/igen/) the ISA being simulated is currently selected using the arget
tuple: powerpc-eabi, powerpc-eabispe (e500) and powerpc-eabialtivec to
select the relevant simulator. Alternatively, --enable-sim-fpu =
{altivec,e500} can be used (I think :-)

Please note that powerpc-eabispe-gdb currently panics (I've posted a fix).

committed,
Andrew
