[ob] Deprecate the remaining regcache methods

Hello,

This deprecates the remaining obsolete set_gdbarch_register methods:
	register_virtual_size
	register_raw_size
	register_virtual_type
	register_byte
They have been on the hit list for ages.  Rather than modify all the 
references, this initial pass just modifies the set_gdbarch methods. 
I've also updated the comments about what to do to eliminate each one.
