[commit] Clean out mips targets

Hello,

The attached patch reduces the number of mips targets (as counted by .mt 
files).  Where possible, I've merged things into the new mips.mt and 
mips64.mt files (these always include the simulator).

The targets I didn't merge had problems with things like hard-wired 
register names, and hard-wired h/w watchpoints.
