[ob] Delete `just one or two' unused files

Hello,

This deletes `just one or two' stray files left over from when the i960 
and a few other systems were deleted.  The entire gdb/nindy-share/ 
directory goes!

I've a follow up that deletes a bunch of unused macros.

Teach me for tugging at a loose thread ... :-)
