[commit] Use deprecated_update_frame_base_hack()

Hello,

This changes any code directly modifying the frame_info->frame field so 
that it calls the above function.

Code shouldn't be doing this, instead it should be returning the correct 
frame chain value using the function FRAME_CHAIN().
