[patch/rfc] Add `interpreter-exec command'

Hello,

This, is the final (?) patch to add the interpreter-exec command to GDB 
(read GDB's console from MI).

I'll look to commit it tomorrow, I think everything that needs to be 
discussed has already been discussed.
