[commit] Clean MIPS of deprecated_tm_print_insn*

This patch cleans the MIPS-tdep.c file of references to 
deprecated_tm_print_insn and deprecated_tm_print_insn_info.  The code 
handling 32/64 ABI modes was moved to gdb_print_insn_mips.
