[patch] New sim Target - Fujitsu FRV: Testsuite

Dave,

I've still not got an answer out of binutils as to where to put the 
corresponding cgen input files.  Once that is resolved, this can go in 
(with tweaks to use the .cpu files in their correct home).

For the moment I'll bug report it.

Anyway, for the frv in GDB, can you please check that it is building 
when configured with:

	--target=frv-elf --enable-gdb-build-warnings=,-Werror

(last time I tried it had a top level configury problem).  If it does 
build then the MAINTAINERS file (news) should be updated to list this 
target.
