[commit] Deprecate USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES

Hello,

I think the attached is pretty obvious.  It clearly marks the deprecated 
USE_GENERIC_DUMMY_FRAMES macro as such.

For the ARM and MIPS, it goes slightly further, by eliminating all 
references to the macro (since they expand to the constant 1).
