BTW, I think the current flavour of the month for the *linux-tdep.c file 
names is m68k-linux-tdep.c vis: alpha-linux-tdep.c arm-linux-tdep.c 
i386-linux-tdep.c ia64-linux-tdep.c mips-linux-tdep.c ppc-linux-tdep.c 
x86-64-linux-tdep.c

Anyway, suggest pulling this into the 5.3 branch.
