[rfa/nbsdppc] Set frame chain valid

Hello,

The attached gets NetBSD/PPC to stop backtracing at main() instead of 
below it.

(I suspect this should be made the default for all NetBSD targets 
however, for that, there is a better fix ...)

anyway, ok?  8 fails disappear.
