[patch] s/BIG_ENDIAN/BFD_ENDIAN/BIG/ attempt two

Hello,

The attatched is my second attempt at converting the BIG_ENDIAN macro to 
the host independant BFD_ENDIAN_BIG macro.

Assuming I don't, again, discover a problem in the next few days, I'll 
check it in.
