[patch] Create an i960 specific get_saved_register()

Just FYI,

Two targets have ``register windows''.  The i960 uses the generic code 
with in combination with a #ifdef REGISTER_WINDOWS macro.  Instead of 
multi-arching the macro, this patch creates an i960 specific 
GET_SAVED_REGISTER function.
