[RFC/RFA] use of dwarf2 unwind informations

Note that of course, the only code i'm talking about here is the code
to read the debug_frame section, store the necessary info in a sorted
array, and binary searching the array. 
The rest is most certainly Jiri's and i don't mean to imply
otherwise.
