ui_out_list_{begin,end}() are now documented in gdbint.texinfo.  So I
think some change to that section is in order.  Perhaps we should
simply add a description of the new ui_out_{begin,end} functions,
since the old ones aren't going away.  Even better, we should add a
comment that use of ui_out_{begin,end} is preferred (is it?).
