[RFA] gdb/config/powerpc/aix.mh LDFLAGS

Kevin, Nick,
I was trying a build on a host that used xcoffread.c.... and I ran
into this. The gnu linker doesn't understand the bigtoc option, and
gdb doesn't build.

doesn't understand them.
