[RFA] new test script for gnatsweb gdb/15

I would totally go for gdb.base/pr-15.exp or gdb.pr/pr-15.exp.
(It really is Problem Report 15 in the new gnatsweb system on sourceware).

If the senior people can publish a naming convention then I'll follow it.
