Write after approval additions

Andrew,

Keith Seitz and Martin Hunt are two of the people who developed the second generation of gdbtk (a.k.a. Insight).
They have worked on GDB as well for some years (their names
are all around old ChangeLog files).

I feel sort of weird having to check-in their patches.  Is it possible to add them to the list of "write after
approval" so they can do the check-in themselves?
