[RFD]: deprecate the "fg" command

I never use it (although I'm a heavy user of its namesake in a Unix
shell).  In fact, each time I bump into "fg" in the manual, I kinda
say to myself ``fg? what's that?  Oh, yeah, that synonym for
continue...''
