RMS thinks "Richard Stallman, Roland Pesch, Stan Shebs, et al." is a
good idea.  I still like "and others", but I'm willing to compromise.
If there are no objections, I will implement that here on our printed
manuals, asnd someone should implement it in gdb.texinfo.

After that, I will go ahead and print the manual, and stop pestering
the list.

Is there a present target for GDB 5 release?
