PATCH: update i386 port to use FRAME_INIT_SAVED_REGS()

At the time I did it (Aug '99), I ran the testsuite on NetBSD/i386
with and without the change and obtained the same results.

Since then, it's been in our (Redback's) i386-aout and vxWorks/386
GDBs.
