config.guess; Was: gdb/command.h for aix xlc

I've reservations about importing a new config.guess into the GDB 5
branch (it was last updated in Feb).   Is the consequence just a wrong
name or a mis-configure?  config.guess can be imported into the trunk at
anytime.
