   Resubmission incorporating Michael Snyder's comment, use
   annotate_ignore_count_changed instead.

Thanks, I've installed this in the repository, with a couple small
changes; I added a decl of the new function to annotate.h, and wrote
a ChangeLog entry for the testsuite addition.

1 WDB patch down, 99 to go... :-)
