I agree that snapshots do not need to include texinfo, I'll stop that.
Unless someone disagrees, this will be effective as of the next snapshot.

If we ever get around to switching to automake for gdb, it should be
easier to go the "include up to date .info files in the distribution
automatically" style thing and forget including texinfo and the
texinfo.tex files altogether.

(We could undoubtedly do it right now with just a small amount of Makefile
hackery, but I'd much rather spend that effort moving to automake instead
of reimplementing its features piecemeal.)
