   The 19990628 snapshot of GDB seems to have two copies of texinfo.tex in it:-

Thanks for the note!  It looks like we should at least be updating the
copy of texinfo - or perhaps omitting, I don't know if anybody really
cares that GDB comes complete with an out-of-date version of texinfo...

   Secondly, the toplevel README-gdb file (in the same snapshot) gives the
   address <gdb-patches@cygnus.com>, which your mailer daemon tells me is now
   defunct.
