patch to sparc*-stub.c, removes 'b' command

   Here's some of that low-hanging fruit I promised last week.  This
   patch removes the 'b' command from the sparc* stubs.

Thanks, I've committed this to the repository.  There is still a
reference to 'b' in the manual, but that should stay for awhile,
so people can know that it was allocated at one time.
