patch to gdbserver

   While adding support for NetBSD systems to gdbserver, I noticed that
   gdbserver's configure.in had some significant errors in addition to
   still being Cygnus configure.

Thanks!  So I've had this idea in the back of my mind to drag all of
the gdbserver stuff into the main GDB dir, and sponge off GDB's main
configury.  At some point, it might become possible to have foo-nat.c
be linked into both gdb and gdbserver, thus eliminating the low-foo.c
files that are almost-copies of the real native support.  In the
meantime, I'll just put your patch in verbatim (along with Manfred's).
