HP GDB assignment

(Sorry about sending two copies of this to two of you!
My first message to "cygnus.com.com" didn't work very well...)

Looking at the assignment which the Free Software Foundation
recently received from Hewlett-Packard for the changes in the
wdb 0.75 release, I see the following problems:

1. Most seriously, there is nothing in the assignment that
identifies HP as the "Developer", and neither is the person
signing identified by title. On the face of it, this is an
assignment from an individual, Sandmya D. Klute (sp?)

2. The assignment form used appears to be our "assign.future"
file, used to assign past and future work on a program, with
the words "past and future" cut out of 1 b). This makes
sections 2 and 3 obsolete. Instead, perhaps our "assign.changes"
file should be usd.

I think a new assignment need to be prepared, unless RMS thinks
otherwise.
