GDB manual/new release?

Hi!
    The Free Software Foundation is now out of stock on
"Debugging with GDB" manuals.  We need to print more manuals.
If you folks are about to make a new release (as I was told 
a couple of weeks ago), can I have the text of the manual now?
Has it been fully revised for the new release?

    We would greatly appreciate it if you could get us a revised
manual text ASAP, since being out of stock on a popular manual
is very inconvenient for us.
