[binutils-gdb] Add missing includes of extract-store-integer.h

    Add missing includes of extract-store-integer.h
    
    I found a number of .c files that need to include
    extract-store-integer.h but that were only including it indirectly.
    This patch adds the missing includes.  This change enables the next
    patch.
