    [gdb/testsuite] Fix gdb.base/skip-solib.exp for remote target
    
    Fix test-case gdb.base/skip-solib.exp for target board
    remote-gdbserver-on-localhost using gdb_load_shlib.
    
    Tested on x86_64-linux.
