[binutils-gdb] gprofng: avoid using `fallthrough' attributes

    gprofng: avoid using `fallthrough' attributes
    
    gprofng didn't build with gcc 6.3 due to the usage of __attribute__
    ((fallthrough)).  This patch uses /* FALLTHROUGH */ instead.
