    Change rs6000_ptrace_ldinfo to return a byte_vector
    
    This changes rs6000_ptrace_ldinfo to return a byte_vector.  I think
    this points out an existing double-free in
    rs6000_xfer_shared_libraries.
    
    Tested by the buildbot.
