    Delete gdb/regformats/microblaze.dat
    
    This file:
    
     - Isn't used by GDBserver currently.
    
     - Isn't included in the WHICH list in features/Makefile, so hasn't
       been regenerated to pick the latest microblaze or generic fixes.
