	remove mention of "target nrom"
	
	The documentation refers to "target nrom", but this target doesn't
	appear in the tree.  It was zapped here:

	This patch removes the reference from the documentation.
	
	* gdb.texinfo (Target Commands): Don't mention "target nrom".
