	* linux-low.c (status_pending_p_callback): Fix comment.
	(linux_wait_for_event_1): Move most of the internal breakpoint
	handling from here...
	(linux_wait_1): ... to here.
	(count_events_callback): New.
	(select_singlestep_lwp_callback): New.
	(select_event_lwp_callback): New.
	(cancel_breakpoints_callback): New.
	(select_event_lwp): New.
	(linux_wait_1): Simplify internal breakpoint handling.  Give equal
	priority to all LWPs that have had events that should be reported
	to the client.  Cancel breakpoints when about to reporting the
	event to the client, not while stopping lwps.  No longer cancel
	finished single-steps here.
	(cancel_finished_single_step): Delete.
	(cancel_finished_single_steps): Delete.
