	* inflow.c (kill_command): Moved to infcmd.c.
	(_initialize_inflow): Don't add the "kill" command or clear
	inferior_ptid here.
	* infcmd.c (kill_command): Moved here from inflow.c.
	(_initialize_infcmd): Add the "kill" command here.
