	gdb/testsuite/
	Fix compatibility with G++-4.5.
	* gdb.cp/expand-sals.cc (main): Remove the "exit-line" comment.
	* gdb.cp/expand-sals.exp: Remove breakpoint on "exit-line".
	(uncaught return): Remove.
