	* configure.ac: Accept --with-system-readline.
	(READLINE, READLINE_DEPS, READLINE_CFLAGS): Define and substitute.
	* configure: Regenerate.
	* Makefile.in (READLINE, READLINE_DEPS, READLINE_CFLAGS): Use
	substituted values.
	(CDEPS): Use $(READLINE_DEPS) instead of $(READLINE).
