Log message:
	Add changelog entry for unintended earlier commit:
	* Makefile.in (host_alias): Remove.
	(target_alias): Use @target_noncanonical@.
	(site.exp): Don't set host_alias.
	* aclocal.m4: Remove contents.  Include acx.m4.
	* configure: Regenerated.
	* configure.ac: Use ACX_NONCANONICAL_TARGET.
