	* uw-thread.c: Apply GNU conventions to comment formatting.
	(deactivate_uw_thread): Call remove_thread_event_breakpoints().
	(uw_thread_mourn_inferior): Move remove_thread_event_breakpoints()
	call to deactivate_uw_thread().
